Information for consumers on the right to withdraw from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can send the statement, for example:

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available on the Online Store's website in the "Withdrawal from the Agreement" tab. "Withdrawal from the contract". You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.

If you have received the goods, please send them back or deliver them to us at the following address: ul. Warszawska 29B, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna, immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

The provisions contained in this communication regarding consumers apply from January 1, 2021, and for contracts concluded from that date, also to buyers who are natural persons concluding contracts directly related to their business activities, when the content of such contracts indicates that they are not of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available under the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
